Front Office Sales

Dukascopy is looking to build on the successful expansion and diversification of 2005 and is seeking additional front office sales.

Responsibilities:

• Promote Dukascopy Forex trading platform
• Develop and grow new and existing client base through a personal sales approach (HNWI clients’ advice)
• Identify new opportunities
• Prospect, forecast and close business to exceed targets
• Manage the sales process from initial call to completion
• Plan and deliver targeted sales campaigns
• Be well organised and maintain good client contact records
• Show initiative with high levels of energy and commitment

Profile:

• Confident, ambitious, result focused, determined, articulate, team oriented and outgoing individuals who enjoy dealing with people. The position would suit either recent or experienced graduates or individuals sales/customer service experience
• In-depth understanding of the e-Forex market and new business development
• Fluent in English, French as well as other languages

Back office - Front office assistant

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the front office with activities related to live clients
• Strategic business releases
• Project based developments for new initiatives

Profile:

• University Degree
• Good communication skills required to support remote users (email & telephone)
• Be willing, proactive and be a user facing type of person
• Ability to possess good all round skills in English and French
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Team building
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proprietary Trader

Profile:

• A solid track record of performance, including risk management/risk taking in the Forex asset class, preferably over a minimum of a 3-5yr period
• Outstanding product knowledge
• Either Systematic trading experience or fundamental/Macro Trading experience
• A degree in mathematics is also desirable but not essential
